Spring is springing, and with it, more outdoor activities!

Join WSC AmeriCorps member Carissa Perkins at IslandWood’s Brightwater Center in Woodinville on March 21 (10am-1pm) to celebrate World Water Day. They’ll have activities for all ages, including art projects, outdoor explorations, science experiments and tours of Brightwater’s public art collection. To register, click here.
In the Bellingham area? You can help Nooksack Salmon Enhancement Association and WSC AmeriCorps member Kelley James to plant, mulch and remove invasive blackberry at Squaw Creek, located at the Calvary Creekside Church (from Bellingham, to north on Hwy 539 for about 15 miles. Turn right onto E. Badger Road/Hwy 564 East and drive about 5.5 miles. Look for the NSEA signs). March 21, 9am-noon. Refreshments will be provided. You’ll need sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
