It is that time of year when there are questions about member enrollment: When will the documents be available? Are there any changes this year? Where do I send my packet? Are my hands going to cramp up from all the required signatures?
We are working on a NEW two-phase enrollment process designed to improve efficiency & accuracy.
A major difference is that you WILL NOT just download a PDF packet to complete, print, sign and mail. This -two-phase process will include more electronic submissions.
The usual follow up question is “OK, but when will it be ready?” To answer that, we want to first ensure you that we are doing everything we can to make this process as clear and streamlined as possible. We are working to identify the challenges and address them before putting the process into full use.
We are currently targeting mid-to-late June for release of the process to members and supervisors.
We cannot provide a specific date at this point. But rest assured we will strive to release it at the earliest possible moment. More information will be coming as we know more details.
