New timekeeping system on the horizon

Posted August 1, 2018

Greetings, WSC and WRC site staff!

We are extremely pleased to announce that in just a few short weeks we will be launching TimeTracker – our new Web-based member timekeeping system.

Why a new system?

We listened to you, our Customer, and with your input in mind, have been working with our agency’s Information Technology team to develop a system custom-built around national service with a simpler, sleeker design that will allow you – and your member – to efficiently manage timesheets and keep track of hours.

Plus, having a system built and supported internally offers more consistency for users year after year, with upgrades and design changes that make sense with the specific nuances of our program.

More information to come

Look for a follow-up email around August 20 providing training videos and accompanying written job aids that will walk you through how to log in and navigate the system. We will also provide similar information to your member upon being enrolled.

2017-18 members

If you currently have a member that will be ending their term in August, their PY 2017-18 timesheets must be completed in the OneMint system. We’ll transition to TimeTracker for the 2018-19 program year.
