Member Enrollment Notification

Site Staff, complete and submit the form below when your member-applicant has accepted your AmeriCorps position and you have begun the process outlined in the enrollment instructions.

Before submitting this enrollment notification form, please review all of the enrollment trainings. If all steps are not completed correctly, enrollment will need to be moved to the next start date.
