The training videos and resources below are intended to guide project site staff through their role in the enrollment of prospective WSC AmeriCorps members.

*If enrollment paperwork and criminal history checks are not completed by the due date, the member’s start date may be delayed. Member start dates subject to change at WSC’s discretion.*

After receiving all complete member enrollment paperwork, WSC, AmeriCorps, Truescreen, and FieldPrint work together to process and validate all member and service information. To allow adequate time for this processing, all DocuSign enrollment paperwork must be submitted no later than the requested due date.

Step 1: Request enrollment paperwork

This training takes you through the first step of the enrollment process of requesting enrollment paperwork through the WSC Web form and a reminder to complete the position description form. 

Step 2: Select member in eGrants (Large Teams)

This training describes the requirement of members accepting the position in My AmeriCorps and it takes you through the steps of logging into the eGrants system and selecting your member. The steps for selection of members in eGrants is for WSC teams only, although all sites need to watch the first minute of this training video, as the process of acceptance of positions in My AmeriCorps by members is information all site staff need to know.
